Dos Cocinas provides Corporate Dining and Vending Services to national, regional, and local clients. Toyota Motor Manufacturing of Texas awarded their Corporate Dining contract to us because we were able to customize a sensible, efficient plan that satisfied both employees and management. Currently serving 700 employees and suppliers daily, Dos Cocinas will serve 5,500 customers daily, once the Toyota factory is completely operational.  We operate other Business Dining enterprises such as the Capitol Grill at the Capitol in Austin, where we serve more than 2,000 customers daily when the Legislature is in session.

Dos Cocinas is a unique partnership between the Cortez and Kowalski families, lifelong residents of San Antonio. The Cortez family owns the world-renowned Mi Tierra Café, Pico de Gallo and La Margarita restaurants.  The Kowalskis own The RK Group, San Antonio’s premier catering company.  Together, we have over 100 years of experience cooking and serving fresh, delicious food for events ranging in size from intimate gatherings to conventions with thousands of attendees.  The Cortez and Kowalski families are well-respected in San Antonio because we are committed to the community we serve and we maintain fair and equitable business practices, including a solid commitment to establishing Supplier Diversity.
